Episode #18 - Charisa "Sweetheart" is a Bare Knuckle and MMA Fighter From Southern California

Chrisa Sigala is an MMA fighter from Southern California.

She is a warrior in the ring and a genuinely polite easy-going and charming person outside of it. 

We spoke about how she got into MMA, her last epic fight with Taylor Starling for BKFC and how she feels about her kids training. 

I also asked her who she wants to fight in the near future if everything goes her way. 

It was an honor to talk to Charisa and I can’t wait to watch her step into the ring and fight later this month.
