Then he focused on how we can attract more women into the industry. What incentives can we provide?

Then Clive looked at the issue of customers asking tradespeople to arrive with tools and phones fully charged. Is this approach really necessary?

And to round things off, 'The Big Guy' asked if you have had any daft requests from customers. We had some funny answers to that question!
