He retired as an engineer from the telecommunications industry, after directing several research and development projects. In addition to his degrees in electrical engineering, Michael has a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry from Duke University Divinity School. He is an ordained minister and recently published a book, The Influential Christian: Learning To Lead From The Heart.
