Peter continues to speak about the glorious salvation that is possessed by those who have been redeemed by the blood of Christ. In this life we will experience suffering, but the grace that has been shown to us is so glorious that the prophets of the Old Testament longed to see our day, the angels spend their time contemplating it, and the Spirit of God empowered people to bring us the message. This kind of grace demands a response.
