Episode # 16 - We all have or do it...overthinking. Learning to get out of our mind and reduce overthinking allows us to be present instead of in the future or past. However, when those big events, decisions or things that come up we just can't seem to help ourselves stop going crazy or overthinking. This episode is directly related to those BIG events or decisions and tactical or actionable ways on how to stop overthinking when it happens.

Overthinking
It is that little voice in your mind that feels like a gerbil going around, and around and around, on his wheel.
The thinking mind is that voice that sometimes will not shut up and may get the best of us, consuming out time and creating feelings in our body of angst or discomfort.
Thoughts are not a bad thing, without the conscious mind or being able to think about problems or situations and event project them out intro the future could help us.
However on this episode I want to talk about when it hurts us most. When it causes unnecessary consumption or obsession of a decision or event. I am sure you all have had this happen to you before.
