Fitness, health, and education have shaped my life for over 30 years, with experience from teaching kids to personal training. Although I shared my passion and knowledge, I didn’t always follow my advice. I struggled with digestive issues and hypothyroidism, which ultimately led to an unhealthy obsession with food and exercise. After three decades of battling diet culture and body image issues, I’ve found freedom.
Finding intermittent fasting just about 3 years ago, transformed my health and especially my mindset!! Now,I’m dedicated to helping others achieve the same freedom through fasting.
