Gloria is a registered psychotherapist and coach for high achievers, based in Toronto, Canada. When Gloria was 9 months old her parents made the incredibly hard decision to send her to China to live with her grandparents. She later returned to her parents at age three. This early childhood adoption trauma began Gloria’s Attachment and Inner Child wounds.
From age 3-10 she developed severe OCD and eating problems—insomnia, anxiety, depression, and a crippling need to people-please.
Luckily for Gloria, her first love was a psychology book. She’s been on her therapy journey since she was a pre-teen and immersed herself in the world of Inner Child healing, self-love, and proper nutrition.
Inspired by her early childhood trauma, Gloria became a Registered Psychotherapist and a Dating & Relationship Coach....
