Today's conversation is with the absolutely wonderful Asha Wheeldon, who is the founder of Kula Kitchen. Asha's Journey began in Kenya, where food and community were central pillars of life. She has brought those pillars, along with her culinary expertise into the heart of Kula kitchen. As a local Vancouver business Asha and her team at Kula make delicious healthy plant based, afro-centric food, and beyond that Asha lives out her value of community by being a community organizer that believes in helping elevate everyone around her!
This conversation will leave you inspired to eat well, help others, and live into your values!
