The State of California: Nancy Skinner proposes bill to help children whose primary caregivers have died of COVID
A Bay Area lawmaker plans to introduce a bill that would help children who have lost a parent or primary caregiver to the pandemic. The bill would set up a savings account and make sure the children would be able to collect survivor support.
