First, what is it that you’re trying to do?
If you’re happy with your work, and you want to optimize your personal (fitness or mental), you can start with a focus on goals for those, and vice versa.
Don’t know? Let’s say you really aren’t sure and think you need to start “everywhere”…ok! Let’s do that because what I had to do too! :)
This means we’re talking about mental and physical wellness on the broadest spectrum.
-the strategy here is debatable, but I can tell you what I did and what was successful for me.
