Paul Day is in his second season as the head coach and general manager of the National Lacrosse League's Philadelphia Wings. Day is one of the most respected names in the lacrosse world and he already has turned the Wings into a contender. He also spent 27 years as police officer in Ontario.
In Episode #41 of "1-on-1 with Matt Leon," Matt sits down with Day to talk about what it has been like building a team in Philadelphia. They also talk about his life as a cop and how the two careers compliment each other.
