On June 21, 1996, Swedish au pair Karina Holmer went to the now-closed Zanzibar nightclub in downtown Boston’s theater district and never made home. No one knows what happened to Karina after 3AM that night when she was removed from the club. There are accounts, tips, and stories, but as the Boston Herald puts it “This remains a haunting cold case that police are still seeking the public’s help to solve” – Boston Herald
