An already busy summer travel season is getting even busier.

Chicago’s airports are preparing to see 1.86 million people fly through from Wednesday through Monday.

While things at Midway are expected to be the same, 4th of July crowds at O’Hare are projected to be 11% bigger than they were for the holiday last year - and 9% larger than before the pandemic.
