Just like that, the Indians season is over. Aaron Civale picked the wrong time to regress, Daniel Palka, who was hitting under .100 with no extra-base hits and a near 50% strikeout rate, helped beat up the Indians. The White Sox win the season series, and the Indians continue to struggle with bad pitching. The season looks reminiscent of 2004, where the offense died the down stretch and a good chance at the postseason was lost.
