"I am hosting a FREE 3 part training on Burnout Recovery starting on Tuesday, October 12th at 7:00pm CST. (Don’t worry if you can’t make it live I will also be sending out replays via email for each day of the training.)

During this training we will unpack burnout from three different levels: physiological, psychological and sociological.

Here is a quick run down of what we will be talking about throughout the training.

Day 1: Physiological

Understand the way your nervous system processes stress and how to take care of your nervous system to bring your body into a state of equilibrium.

Day 2: Psychological

Understand how your beliefs, inner dialogue and attitude towards yourself contribute to your burnout. Here we will also talk about how important it is to be doing work that aligns with your values and work that you are passionate about in order to generate energy. We will discuss the evidence for how self-compassion has been shown to reduce levels of burnout and compassion fatigue among health care workers.

Day 3: Sociological.

This one is so enlightening and important. We will talk about how the set up of the corporate medical system contributes to burnout. We will also dive into how messaging from hustle culture and the protestant work ethic have infiltrated our psyche to contribute to burnout behavior and levels of burnout.

For each level we will discuss various energy drains and gains and I will provide you with one main tool you can use to start your burnout recovery process.
