La Salle Women's Rugby’s Kelsie McDowell – Unapologetically Aggressive

Kelsie McDowell was just hired this summer to build the new varsity women’s rugby program at La Salle University. McDowell comes to Philadelphia from Army West Point, where she was serving as an assistant.
