How to prepare for reopening in the workplace

In July, LifeWorks examined the impact of potential workplace-mandated vaccines on Canadians’ mental health, finding that 47 percent of respondents want mandated vaccination policies implemented by their employers. 

We recently got the chance to chat with Paula Allen, Global leader and SVP, Research and Total Wellbeing at LifeWorks. In this role, she manages the research agenda for LifeWorks, which includes primary research, exploratory data science, research collaborations and meta-analyses. Given her focus on industry-leading research, Paula also leads LifeWorks’s thought leadership and is co-chair of the organization’s product and innovation strategy.

In this podcast, Paula shared the key findings from the report and further suggested what employers should be aware of as they consider their return-to-workplace plans and policies.
