1 Kings 22 God Employs Demons?!?
We read about Jesus performing exorcisms in the Gospel, but here seems to
explain the mechanism of how that's possible. According to this chapter, it is God who sends spirits to influence human behavior, even to his own peril. So perhaps it's only fitting that Jesus WOULD command the position of the demons peoole struggle with AND why the evil spirits Jesus is attributed with exorcising reacted the way they did.
Not since Genesis have we read of the council God apparently consults to bring about human events and influence outcomes; often times in seemingly malevolent ways.
