Today we get to me one of the newest members of the NIAAA National Office Team, Justin Chapman, who creates and manages the NIAAA "Blog" called the ADvantage! In Justin's own words ...

  "I was offered the opportunity to create and manage a blog and I also knew I wanted it to stand apart. The ADvantage is a place where I want to share personal thoughts and stories from ADs in a way that feels like you gained advice or perspective from a friend experiencing similar things you experience every day."
