With an Instagram post from jack black basically being the announcement of his role in the Minecraft Movie (https://www.instagram.com/jackblack/?.... This is interesting news, not because of his role in this upcoming animated film, but back in 2019 he announced his retirement after the sequel to the Jumanji remake, but since then, he's done The Super Mario Brothers Movie, and reprised his role as Po from the Kung Fu Panda in the Netflix series The Dragon Knights, as well as the 4th installment of the Kung Fu Panda franchise, which drops this March. It is nice to see that Jack Black is very much not retired, and we will gladly take as many movies there are that he has left in the tank!
