Think of TV personality Liz Cantor and you think of sunshine and beaches. An all Australian girl who, after leaving the professional surfing circuit, turned actress, reality TV star, radio personality, lifestyle show host and weather presenter.
But there’s a side to Liz she’s never before spoken about publicly. Until today.
“And I just closed my eyes. And it was the first time in my life I thought, I just need to check out. I need to check out. I can’t be here.”
The birth of Liz’s second son Fin was hugely traumatic. And the memory of that triggered a panic attack while she was driving 110 kays at night on a busy freeway.
"The next minute my whole body just flooded with panic and I realised that I couldn’t see”.
I’m so honoured Liz chose this podcast as the place to tell her story. She wanted to normalise the experience of going on medication and seeking help.
So here's Liz Cantor on Claiming HER Confidence.
