Matt King is a military vet and the creator of the short documentary Homage to Cheran (HTC) which is available on YouTube. Pete and Stateless Productions used a clip from HTC in their documentary The Monopoly On Violence. Pete wanted to talk to Matt about his experiences in a town with no monopoly on force and get his impressions.

They also discuss Matt's path from the military to anarchist, and get into a discussion about local politics.
