Showing up in our lives everyday takes Grace and Tenacity!
Grace is powerful when we show up in grace for ourselves!
What does that look like?
Remembering you are also human! Be real! No one is perfect! Failure is a learning experience and doesn’t have to be a bad word. Don’t let yourself stay in the negative when you feel bad because you “failed”
Turn this around and make it an adventure! Fail Forward and grow from it!
Kindness!-It allows us to connect with other people and build meaningful relationships. When someone does us a kindness, we feel connected and more willing to cooperate with them. When we do something nice for someone, we cultivate trust, and we feel good about ourselves for being a kind person.
