Episode 120 - Should an Appraiser be a Licensed Agent?

Being agent could give the appraiser a much needed perspective that would be beneficial in the valuation of property. Seeing what buyers and sellers are doing in the market can be invaluable to providing credibility to an appraisal report. You don’t have to sell homes to get a perspective that will set you apart from other introverted appraisers that are stuck in their own bubble.
