Just like putting a fitness program together to train the body to be healthy, fit, flexible and strong; you can do exactly the same for your brain. The primary goal of a mental skills program is to condition the mind and front load cognitive skills so that they can then be drawn upon when needed, under high levels of pressure.

Dr Nicola Gates is a leading clinical neuropsychologist, neuroscience researcher, and best-selling author. She has worked in brain and cognitive health and well-being for over 25 years. Nicola is a leading speaker and has published dozens of peer-reviewed research papers.
