What is the power that Hope faith and stories hold?
It helps you stay calm and peaceful when something less than desirable emerges. Hope believes you will get through it. Hope remembers the times you made it through. Hope teams with faith and belief in the impossible.
Stories are the string of hope and faith we string together to create a narrative for how things have gone or will go because of our experiences. Faith helps you overcome stress, anxiety, and fear. Faith is a source of peace and joy.
