Episode # 31 - We discuss Judgment of self and Judgment of others.
We may do it unconsciously or consciously.
Words are powerful so let's First look at what its means to have judgment. Judgment is defined by the good ole Webster dictionary as "an opinion or decision that is based on careful thought"
Now, the thing is....We lack the careful thought of where the judgment is coming from or even why we have the judgment
In this episode we will give it careful thought and discuss the three types of judgment
1) Direct Self-judgment (self -> self)
2) Judgement of others (self -> others)
3) judgment of self from others (self -> others -> self)

To change self-judgment we would need to...
1) Give careful thought to why we have this judgment of our self
2) See the Polarity and choose the Re-frame based on what you want
We will look closely at the judgment that "I am selfish" with careful thought and reframe it in this episode so you can learn how to do so with any other judgments you may have.
Alan Watts stated that "It is only in terms of others that you even have a self at all" so if the self is a mere reflection of others then being selfish is a form of selfless.
