67. MYSTERY: The Death of a Whistleblower

Karen Silkwood was in charge of making sure the plutonium was handled correctly in the plant where she worked, and she was very good at her job. Too good, possibly. When she discovered some unsafe practices, she became part of an investigation that may have gotten her killed.
