Everyone wants to be at the top, but everyone doesn’t realize what it takes to actually get there. If you were to climb the highest mountain on earth Mount Everest, standing 29,029 feet tall, you would want to examine yourself to see if you have the attributes to complete the task. Are you physically fit for the two-month expedition, mentally tough with the ability to focus under intense weather, and do you have technical and mountaineer experience? In route to the top you have to understand there are many risks to consider when reaching certain heights such as exposure to subfreezing temperatures, high altitudes causing shortness of breath and other health effects, what about getting caught in a storm, falling off the mountain, or sweep up in an avalanche. You have to have a made-up mind if you want to climb.
What are some mountains you are dealing with or in other words what are some challenges you’re experiencing in life?
Examine yourself and know you have everything in you to climb your mountain and be on top! It may be risky and that just means a bigger reward. Like I said, “You have to have a made-up mind if you want to climb. Take one step at a time on this mountain climbing Monday!”
