Hello listeners! Episode 48 is out and this time we talked to nada mas y nada menos que con Danny Hastings.
Danny is a Photographer, Movie Maker, Content Creator, Music Video Director, Producer, Actor, Visual Artist, Husband, Father, Family Man, Business Man.
Through his lens, Danny documented one of the most iconic eras in hip-hop music: the 1990’s. The 90’s was an era of transformation that created an incredible variety of styles and sounds and images, giving birth to some of the greatest rap albums of all time.
Although we didn't talk much about his photographs, I encourage you to look him up and see the art he created back then. I'm sure a lot of you listened to those artists and owned those albums.
First of all, I did not stop asking until Danny gave me an interview and the only time available he had left was on his way to the airport. So, I took him to the airport and the episode was recorded in my car!
He gives me feedback on choosing art as a career, we talk about mental health, masculinity, feminism and his recent event The Official Latino Short Film Festival. Let him know you heard about the news he shares at Cafe con Pam.
Let me know what you think and please share this with a friend!
