Matt Bennett is a Holistic Health Educator with a passionate focus on detoxification and raw living foods.
In his own words:
"I grew up with several common health issues including asthma, eczema, constant colds/flus, congestion and depression, anxiety and toxic thinking.
I grew up believing I wasn’t good enough, smart enough or capable of having what I wanted. I had constant negative self-talk and feelings of insignificance playing in my head for years. To put it simply, I had lost my connection with my Intuition, God and Nature.
After coming across the concept of a raw vegan diet and lifestyle in 2011 and implementing it in my own life, I’ve experienced all of these conditions virtually disappear.
For the first time since I could remember, I felt a real and powerful connection between my body, mind and spirit. I suddenly had the awareness to see the internal and external obstructions that were limiting my true potential.
This inspired me to embark on an endless learning journey and to share my passion for raw foods and natural living through my YouTube channel – Raw Intuition, my coaching services and teaching raw food classes.
I am a certified Detoxification Specialist through the International School of Detoxification, and certified Raw Food Chef and Educator through the Graff Academy of Raw Food Education"
