Uber announced it intends to buy the alcohol delivery company Drizly for $1.1 billion. The company aims to integrate Drizly services into Uber Eats, but also wants to maintain the separate Drizly app. DoorDash, Instacart, Minibar, Craftshack and more all offer alcohol delivery in the US.
