• Helped position Unity as a Marketing/AdTech and Development platform for video games with a growing portfolio of e-commerce and industrial use cases
• Set and communicated IPO and convert economics for co-managers. Unity’s 3Q20 IPO was the largest software IPO in 10 years at that point. Our $1.7B follow-on convertible bond offering was the largest zero coupon offering from a software company in history
• In 2022, helped our team consider all angles of the $4.4B acquisition of ironSource as well as the unsolicited offer from AppLovin
• Each quarter I outline and explain the Unity story in meetings, virtually or in-person, with over 150 investors from the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific
