In this episode, I’m talking about something I see A LOT when people start their own business, particularly if they come from a regular 9-5 / corporate background
And that’s the feeling or belief that there MUST be a direct link between hard work and ‘success’ and that, therefore, working harder MUST be necessary to achieve more.
The bottom line is that, the way we’ve been conditioned to think about work in western society doesn’t help us easily transition to entrepreneurship and particularly not when it comes to the need to think like an entrepreneurial leader / with a CEO mindset.
So what to do? Let’s talk about it on the show.
