It's no secret Republicans tend to blow off elections that don't have a presidential candidate on the ballot.  This explains why so many communities are being overtaken by liberal city councils, school boards and mayors.

   This year, it's on all of us to get involved in any way we can.  It starts by learning which candidates to vote for even when the ballot doesn't tell you who is running as a Republican.
