Tyarra Williams was a 19-year-old college student who was going through a normal day – running errands, helping her mother, and having dinner with her boyfriend and brother at her grandmother's house – when she just disappeared. She said she was going to meet up with a friend named Travis, a name no one in her life was familiar with. Her phone's GPS had been turned off, she wasn't answering calls, and nothing was really making sense.
