In 2009, the real estate market crashed, causing John’s business to go down with it. But God spoke to John and told him to get into real estate, and from there he founded Providence Investments. Today, Providence Investments is one of the most successful real estate companies in the country. John is very grateful for what he has and is passionate about passing on his wealth to his children and family.

- In 2012, he bought his first deal, and has since expanded into other states
- He is now managing over 4,000 units and has over 600 million in assets
