President Xi urges all-out efforts to ensure warm, safe winter for people

Chinese President Xi Jinping is calling for stepping up the emergency response as a cold spell is affecting many parts of the country. Temperatures are expected to drop by 8 to 12 degrees Celsius in most parts of the country until Sunday night.
