It's a New Day: 3-7-25 Police Sued after Assaulting Deaf Man

Tyron McAlpin, who is a deaf man with cerebral palsy who was falsely accused, beaten, tasered, arrested and charged by Phoenix police officers sues the city and three officers  in a federal lawsuit alleging assault, negligence, and violations of his Constitutional rights.
