We're going black and white again this week, this time to talk about the 1957 film A Face in the Crowd. While not a booming success at the time, this film has become more and more prescient over time, stretching from the dawn of the television era, to now relating to the new social media landscape. We cover that, Andy Griffith's charm, as well as how this film relates to populism and the figures that gain power through it.
