In 2017, two teenage girls were found dead along a hiking trail in Delphi, Indiana. For years, investigators couldn’t land on one suspect. But on October 31st, 2022, Indiana State Police announced the arrest of 50-year-old Richard Allen, a Delphi resident who is now charged with two counts of murder. Candice and her producer, Julie, discuss the details that led to his arrest.
