This episode is the third in the six-part series where I’m explaining each of the steps in the Vision centred process that I outlined in episode 4.
So this week we are focusing on the Zone of Strength.
Within this Zone of Vision, our attention is directed towards making sure that we are making a conscious effort to grow stronger in key areas of our lives.
Along my journey of developing a clear vision for my life, I too looked at the different areas of my life that needed a bit more of my attention.
I started to realise that the things I wanted to improve on were actually only symptoms that had come from me having ignored to a lesser or greater extent, my development and growth in three broad areas:
My physical, spiritual and emotional and mental health.
Coming to an understanding as to how these areas form the foundation for everything we want to do and achieve in our lives is so important. And yes, I’ll say it again, especially when you are living with a disability.
