Pastor Chris continues our study “David, After God’s Heart: The Trust and Tragedy of a Shepherd-King,” with a teaching entitled “David & Abigail.” In studying 1st Samuel 25, we learn about David’s years running from Saul in the wilderness of Israel. In a specific encounter, we see David’s propensity towards anger and the evil it opens us to while wisdom intercepted his plans in the person of Abigail.
