Cycle syncing refers to the practice of syncing the intensity of your workouts with your menstrual cycle.

At different times during the month, your sex hormones will be peaking. You can take advantage of the peaks in estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone to get the most out of your works outs.

You can also take advantage of the lulls in these hormones and reduce the intensity of your workouts to match your energy level.
