In tonight's episode, our 4th week under our Community theme, we had the pleasure of talking with Tamiko Chambers. She's definitely a change agent in various communities. Tonight we focused on THREE outlets or avenues of Tamiko's involvement. ONE is Starchild Social, her baby, her digital social media marketing company where she helps aspiring entrepreneurs and seasoned businesses elevate their professional online presence. Another (or TWO) is Kind Academy, where Tamiko teaches children an in-depth look at black history as well as exploring teamwork and love for our environment. THIRD is PeriodMiami where she helps organize and raise awareness about how to help women (or menstruators) in need of feminine hygiene supplies. As you can see, 3 different avenues but all 3 directly attached to our Community. We also touched on different aspects of Parenting and of course our weekly Color Time segment of the show.
