Del surprises Dave by telling him they have co-founded the Society for Citizens Representing Alternative Positions. In a unanimous vote, it is decreed that the authors of any letters read "on the air" are automatically inducted into the Society. Four Letters From Afar are chosen from among the thousands we've received thus far. These include one from Slovenia and one from Barking, England [a real place]. And there really is a Normalville where dogs possibly put up the Christmas lights.
Once again, Del tries to explain Loser Lotto and changes the rules to make it even more confusing.
