We’ve all had moments where we’ve put our heart and soul into something, only to feel like no one else cares. Maybe it’s a project at work that you’ve poured countless hours into, or maybe it’s a relationship where you feel like you’re the only one putting in any effort.

But here’s the thing, we can’t control other people’s actions or emotions. We can only control our own.

Instead of focusing on why they don’t care, ask yourself, “Do I care?” Do you care about what you’re doing, the project you’re working on, the relationship you’re in? If the answer is yes, then that’s all that matters.

At the end of the day, you have to do things for yourself, not for other people. You have to find meaning and purpose in your own life, not rely on external validation.

So, don’t get caught up in the “why don’t they care?” mindset. Focus on what you can control, and that is your own actions, thoughts, and feelings.

Remember, you are in charge of your own happiness and fulfilment. Don’t give that power away to someone else.
