Prioritization is an executive functioning skill that we use when we're trying to plan our time. Many people with ADHD find prioritizing challenging. We have large lists of things that need to be done but knowing which of those are the most pressing/important may not be intuitive.

We are overwhelmed looking at those massive things to do lists because everything feels urgent! Today we're going to look at a tool to help us manage the overwhelm: the Eisenhower Matrix. This system helps us categorize which tasks need to be done immediately, scheduled for another time, simplified, or limited.
