Top 5 ways to stay in shape on Holiday!

1. Stay active, go out, move walk, do fun activities, the more you move the calories you burn 

2. Eat mindfully, be aware of what you consume, try to eat filling nutrient dense food which is lower in calories and will fill you up 

3. If your going to have some naughty food keep it until the end of the day, often if you have some junk food earlier in the day it will set you off and you'll want to eat shit food all day  

4. Keep training  

5. Enjoy yourself and get plenty of sleep
