Alecia has been a real estate investor for over 8 years, focusing on mortgage note investing for the past 2 years.  In that time, she's     purchased over 500 doors and $1.2M unpaid balance in 1st position residential notes.  She's passionate about note investing and will happily talk your ear off on why you should invest in notes.

She lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband, 2 kids, 2 dogs, and 6 chickens.  She does no outdoor activities.
